PROFIT = £58,000 (consortium makes 1,900 26% return on investment each)

all partners would re invest their capital and profit to seek out bigger deals,

Purchasing at the Nett Price
Because the Tax position favors corporations over individuals, we recommend
a
Ltd Company be formed when purchasing at the nett price, with all parties agreeing Solicitors to represent the new company. At the end of the project, simply audit the returns, close the company down, pay the taxes and move on to the next challenge.
Corporation Tax is levied at 19% as opposed to Capital Gains Tax at 40%.
Purchasing at the Market Value Price
Deals where the seller is willing to assist the sale are ideal as the implications
of the Nett Price purchase are virtually void. Basically this is a highly reduced tax option.
